If you would like an opinion and quote on your wisdom teeth removal, email your full mouth x-ray (OPG) (if you already have one obtained) to info@wisdomteeth.com.au
If you do not have an OPG, please click here for a referral form that can be taken to any radiologist and they will take the x-ray and provide you with a digital version for emailing to info@wisdomteeth.com.au
The item numbers that are applicable for your health fund are as follows: For lowers usually item 324, for uppers if erupted and non complex -311, or 323 if impacted.
